We cover all of Welwyn Garden City and most of the surrounding areas, when placing an order you will be asked to enter your postcode, if your postcode is included in our coverage area you will be able to pay online.

The postcode areas we cover are postcodes beginning with:

AL1, AL10, AL2, AL3, AL4, AL5, AL6, AL7, AL8, AL9, CM19, CM18, CM20, CM21, EN6, SG1, SG11, SG12, SG13, SG14, SG2, SG3, SG4, SG5, SG6, SG7.

You can choose your own delivery date when placing an order, you can choose any day except Sunday.

Next day delivery is available (including Saturdays) for all orders placed before 8pm.

For example, if you order at 7:30pm on Friday you will be able to choose next day (Saturday). If you order on Saturday or Sunday you will be able to choose Monday.

Put simply, we do! We don't use third party couriers which means we are in complete control of all our deliveries. 

We deliver anytime between 8am and 6pm on the day you have chosen. If you have chosen priority or express delivery you will receive your order by 1pm on the day you have chosen.

Unfortunately due to the amount of deliveries we make on a daily basis we are unable to give a specific time slot.

We charge a standard rate of £20 for delivery but we also offer completely free delivery for all orders over £200.

You can also upgrade to express/priority delivery when purchasing which guarantees your order will be with you by 1pm.

If, on the rare occasion you haven't received your order by 6pm please contact us by clicking here with your order number (found on your email confirmation) and we'll be able to assist you.
